      Dear Dick,

      I have five disks for the XEROX 16/8 DEM.  They are as follow:

              CP/M-80 and CP/M-86 Operating System disk
              CP/M-80 and CP/M-86 Development disk
              EM-II Diagnostics disk
              MSDOS 2.0 Operating System disk
              MSDOS 2.0 Utilities disk

      The two CP/M disks include the floppy disk INIT program, and the
      hard disk FMT program - one on each.

      It appears that the MSDOS disk boots up on CP/M and then loads
      MSDOS via a loader program.  It has both CP/M and MSDOS
      directories on it.  Wierd!

      If you are interested in these, I will make up copies of the five
      and mail them to you for $10 to cover costs of media, mailer, and
      postage.  Let me know if this is acceptable.
