NULU12.COM has the fixes incorporated for the bugs encountered with
unsqueezing/extracting files.  The fix was distributed as 'NULU11F1',
but I took the liberty of incorporating the fix, and advancing the
minor revision.  NULU12 is identical to NULU11 in every other way.
I'm sorry if this causes any confusion, but I thought it better than
having to type 'NULU11F1' every time.
