Here is the latest MONSTEP for you.  The .LBR file is for inclusion in 
the FOG public domain library.  The non LBR files are taken from the library,
except for the two .ROM files, which are for the use of the FOG staff.  They 
are for burning onto a 2k EPROM for Revision 1 MicroDecision boards, and a 4K
EPROM for REv 2 MicroDecision boards.
