Dear Sam,

     Our  computer  has pointed out to our accounting  department 
that your payment of $52,322.19,  received September 18, 1983, is 
$0.03  less  than your outstanding credit balance with  our  fine 
company.   We feel that you have taken excessive advantage of our 
lenient terms, and, if we do not receive the remaining balance in 
your  account by September 22,  1983,  we will have to resort  to 
placing  liens  on  all your  assets  and,  possibly,  initiating 
bankruptcy proceedings.

     Please realize,  Mr.  Twit,  that we are entirely serious in 
this matter.  The aforementioned incident has already resulted in 
replacement of all our personnel in the credit department.

     We  urge  you to IMMEDIATELY mail your check,  made  out  to 
Senapocino  Software  Co.,  Ink.,  in the amount  of  $0.03.   We 
sincerely regret having done business with you.
