Generally parameters follow the format: A switch is either '+' to turn on a parameter, or '-' to turn off a parameter. If the parameter is turned on, it may require that a value be provided. Special Characters: '?' always provides assistance 'RETURN' ends input - it can be used to Start Printing, to end a list or to end a parameter if you decide it is not the one you wanted. ('RETURN' is ignored if it is not the first key you type on an input line and thus can be used to help in typing long lines). '&' Displays the current values and settings for all parameters. A convenient way to review current settings and view all the available parameters and their usage. ',' explicitly begins the interactive mode. Use this at the end of the command line if you have additional parameters you wish to specify interactively. (example: Pfont +lm 1.2 +tm .5 ,) '<' allows you to cause the contents of a file to be used as input to Pfont (for parameter specifications) as if you were directly typing on the keyboard. You will be asked to provide the name of a file from which parameters are to be read. 'Control-C' Immediately leave Pfont (you will be prompted for confirmation). 'Control-V' Print this information. 'Control-U' Deletes the current input line. 'Back Space' (Control-H) Delete previous character. Once printing starts you can use the following commands: (nothing will happen until a complete line is done printing) 'Control-P' Stop printing current page and skip to the next page. 'Control-F' Stop printing current file and skip to the next file. 'Control-C' Stop all printing and immediately leave Pfont (you will be asked for confirmation).  parameters you wish to specify in
