          Abstract:

          This  article  describes a method of  transferring  any 
type  of files between the North Star hard-sectored discs and any 
other type of disk,  depending on interface  considerations,  and 
vice-versa.  It  uses programming available in the public domain, 
and requires only that the North Star has the required interfaces 
for the physical disk drives plus CP/M V2.x or equivalent. 

          The article is 1239 words long,  and is available  upon 
request on an 8" IBM 3740 floppy disc with all ASCII files in the 
WordStar  format.   Complete  source  listings  are  provided  in
