Note the SPECIAL WORD REVIEW options (item 6) which is an additional list of actions that are useful for long documents and experienced users.$add correct words to the dictionary if you think you are likely to use the words again.$mark misspelled words in the text file, by having their last character changed to the designated special character. The resultant word list will be a new dictionary. This command can be used to remove incorrect words from a dictionary by building a "subtraction" dictionary of incorrect words.$force a dictionary reorganization. Reorganized dictionaries proofread more rapidly. On rare occasions (relating to moving SPELLGUARD to a new computer system or hardware failure), dictionaries may have to be reorganized before a document is proofread. Almost all dictionary reorganization is automatic.$ make an exact copy of one of your dictionaries.
