* bin2bas: Create a 5150 equivalent. This may require some research into the
          tokenisation used by Cassette BASIC, or some form of encoding,
	  since Cassette BASIC programs probably don't know their own load
	  address.

	   Program base appears to be 0x81E, at least in Cassette BASIC 1.10.
	  To find it, we can do this:
