You can use this floppy disk image directly with VMWare (file extension .flp).
Or you can use it with VirtualBox (rename the file extension to .dsk).

If you want to modify this image (e.g. add your own files), you can use cpmtools.
But cpmtools understands a different head/track order per disk, so you have to
convert the image file first with http://www.z80.eu/downloads/cpm86cnv.zip .

To write it onto a real floppy, use RaWrite, my DOS program WRITEIMG or an
other appropriate tool, but beware of Windows XPs strange behaviour which
could prevent to write a proper boot sector.
